Return & Exchanges

We have a 48-hour return claim policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days.

Returns for oversize items that travel via freight can be arranged by contacting info@weaveabode.com. Freight returns will be issued a refund less original shipping and handling charges.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong product so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Returns for damaged or defective product is free and for any other case, we would deduct 10% of the product cost for return shipping cost and would provide the remaining refund as store credit.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be refunded. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Affiliated Brand’s products

Affiliate brands have their own terms regarding their return and exchange policy. Please read the individual product details for more information. 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the merchandise and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, refund will be initiated automatically to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Returns, Refunds and Replacements

In case you have received a damaged or wrong product, please do not worry. Please drop us a mail at info@weaveabode.com with the images of the damaged or wrong product within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will look into it and have the product replaced or refund the amount, whichever is applicable.

The refund can take between 5 to 7 days to reflect into your account.

Cancellation

Please mail us at info@weaveabode.com or contact +91 89300-55574 for any cancellation requests within 24 hours. We can only cancel orders if they haven’t been processed by our warehouse or shipped i.e until the status of your order remains unfulfilled. Once the order is processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. Personalized/customized orders  placed once, cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

 

Changes in your order information
